I received a notice for summary judgment on an outstanding medical bill. Per the letter, I had 10 days to file a response. I did, and it was received in the courthouse on the 10th day, however the motion for summary judgment was granted because they reviewed the case earlier that day and the response was received afterwards. Now the lawyer is filed a wage execution order. Is there anything I can do about this? My response was received on the correct date - they didnt even review it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can consult a local lawyer.
There is nothing a FREE website can do.

It's possible that in the end you might still end up with a judgment against you if you owe the money - we don't have complete details or know your answer.....

Talk to a lawyer as suggested.
