I'd be very grateful if someone can help me with this.

First of all, I know this part of the forum is for claims up to $5,000 but I wasn't sure where else to post.

Heres my situation:

About two weeks ago I bought a 2007 Ford F150 from a dealership in the state of Georgia. I had it delivered to Vermont, where I live. The dealer told me this truck was very clean and had never been in an accident or had paint or body work. I did a carfax report which also indicated the truck was very clean. After the truck was delivered, I brought it in to my local Ford dealer to have one thing checked out. As soon as the tech opened the hood he informed me it had definitely been in a pretty severe accident and that the hood, drivers side door and a few other pieces of the body had been replaced and repainted. He also showed me many parts of the truck that were not aligned in the slightest. Not to mention all the sloppy touch up paint work that had been preformed. Whoever repaired this truck did so illegally and did not report it to the DMV in an attempt to cover it up.

Since I was completely lied to and I know this has to be a form of fraud, what can I do legally?

Any tips would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Go to Georgia and sue them.

As in something along the lines of small claims court? I've called, emailed and written the dealership, they will not even respond to me.

You think I have a fair chance? Thank you for your time.

I am not good with the law, but most all used sales are "As Is" unless you have a contract, or the advertisment for your vehichle. As for Carfax, it is not illegal to do repairs without reporting them to the DMV (at least not in any state I've heard of)
