I entered into a contract with a moving company who represented themselves as a member of the AMSA. Upon having numerous issues with this company AFTER they had possession of our belongings, we learned through the AMSA that they are NOT members of that group.

Due to their misrepresentation, does our contract still stand or is it null and void?

Depends on how material that misrepresentation was to your decision to enter into a contract with them. Even if it was fundamental, that might not "void" your contract - you might be entitled to some other remedy (like damages).

What is it you would like to do?
