"movie Screenplay" Sell

:angel I just sent a"Movie script" to a movie company, I have
the affidavit for Copyright duly Notarized but I
didn't file it to the Copyright office here in Manila.

Is my work safe? If the movie outfit did stole the
story from me, will I be able to sue them?

You didn't say where you sent it, but you need to copyright it in the country where you send it.
