So I live with my aunt, although she does not have custody of me. I'm 17 and my father, who I have not seen/ spoke to in 3 years, has full custody of me. I'm going to tell my aunt I'm moving out. I'm going to tell her where ill be. She can not keep me there since she doesn't have custody, so basically my question is will the police make me go back to my aunts house?

I'll go "CBG" one better.
The cops can't keep you locked up forever, neither can a juvenile court judge, but that Juvie Judge can keep you locked up until you are 18, at least.
I guess in your mind, that's a long time, huh?

That is, if they want to cause you grief.

Why not just tough it out until you're 18?

Now, if you're being hurt, harmed, abused, or your life is in danger; IMMEDIATELY call "911" and seek help.

Why do you want to move out - if you're being abused, call 911 as army judge suggested or CPS. Otherwise (if not), you will turn 18 before you know it & you can live where you want.

It's not working at my aunts, I've only lived here for less than a year. I keep getting thrown around to different relatives houses and I've got a friends house I can go to. My dad gives me consent to move out and since he has full custody I don't think the cops can make me go back to my aunts right?
