I just received my second Minor in Consumption ticket last night and I was suppose to move out of state to the state of Alabama to live and attend college around august 25th. I was wondering if there is any way to somehow "transfer" my verdict the judge decides here, down to alabama so I can still move down there on time and don't have to stay longer to complete my classes or community service and/or pay any charges I get here in Idaho. Thanks for your input. Also will it usually help if I present the information to the judge that I am trying to move out of state for college and that I really can't afford the possibility of staying here any longer?
