Moving with DCFS case

We had a DCFS worker come to our house at 145 in the morning. They were contacted by police because of domestic violence allegations between my husband and I. We had an argument, yes. However our daughter was not with us, she was with my husbands parents at the time of the argument. In the end I went to jail, my husband of course didn't press charges because the allegations were false, and he bailed me out the next day. When the DCFS worker came, Since we did not know at the time, we let the worker in our house to "interview" us. She also looked at our 2 month old and the house. She said we will hear back from her, it has now been a few days and nothing. After doing some research I have read to never let them in your house unless a warrant is issued and to never give your kids up unless ordered by court. Also to never sign anything from them. My question is what would happen if we moved out of state?

If you moved out of the state, criminal charges might issue, and both of you would be extradited back to California to answer to those charges.

However, you bonded out of jail on your existing charges.

It wouldn't be smart to jump bail, abscond from California to avoid prosecution on your domestic violence charge.

What you failed to do will be of no use to you now.

I suggest you both lawyer up, and shut up.

These days even billionaires can't run and hide for very long.

The domestic violence charge should be dropped because there is no evidence. I have no plan of not going to my court date for that. But if my "domestic violence" charges are dropped because of lack of evidence, how can DCFS even have a case?

DCFS is investigating the matter.
No one knows when they'll decide there is no case, or if they wish to work with the prosecutor to prosecute you.

The case on which you've bonded out isn't over until the prosecutor or the judge says its over.

Your husband isn't prosecuting you, the state of California is.
His testimony isn't why you were arrested.
The police investigated and pressed the charges that caused you to be arrested.

DCFS came with a warrant and we had to take our daughter to my husbands parents house. They found she needed to be removed from our home under WIC 300. When in fact our daughter was not with my husband and I when we had an argument. So what evidence do they have that would make it ok for them to be able to have our daughter removed from our home?

All you need to do is appear at the hearing when and where directed.
You ask for a court hearing, and request counsel be appointed for wife, husband, and child.

Once you have appointed counsel those are the questions you ask of your attorney.

Read the links I gave you above.
Those links speak to how best avoid a much bigger mess.
