I had a motorist come barrling down my road and take a corner at 3 times the posted speed to the point the tires were squealing and the car was leaned almost on 2 wheels. So when he came back by doing the same thing I went to him and confronted him. I said" did you not see the kids in the front yard in which you just drifted"he shook his head no I replied indirectly " I'm not afraid to beat someone's a$! if they hit or kill a kid when driving like a complete donkey. So he now has went and filed harrasment complaint with the cops. I'm trying to see what I can do or need to do and if I can press any charges on him for child endangerment or wreckless driving.

Its not your job to confront motorists, or other law breakers.
You could have called "911" and reported it to the police.
Even if you report it now, you have no proof.
The world is full of bullies, idiots, killers, thugs, terrorists, and worse.
I suggest you focus on hiring yourself a great criminal defense attorney and extricating yourself from your predicament.
You have the right to remain silent.
If you haven't blabbed to the cops, like you did here, a good attorney might be able to make this all go away.
If you told the cops the story you typed here (or a close facsimile thereof), you might be responsible for losing your freedom and/or receiving some very stiff financial penalties.
Finally, approaching strangers these days, just to say hello can get you killed.
Approaching strangers to chastise their driving, well, that's just plumb nuts.

"Wreckless" driving? Meaning he drove without causing a wreck?

No, you cannot file charges against him. If you had called the local LEO instead of trying to confront the driver yourself, you would not have these problems.

What you can do now/need to do now is get yourself a lawyer due to the harassment charge (complaint) against you.
