Multiple Speeding Tickets

I need help with a speeding ticket I just received. I already have a speeding 74 in a 65 from Aug 2009, a prayer for judgement from Dec 2008. What happens if you have a prayer for judgement and you receive another speeding ticket. What are my choices for court? What can I do to avoid my insurance premiums from going up? Any advice would help.

Have you taken traffic school for either of these previous citations? If you haven't, then doing so will keep it off your record. You will still have to pay the fine and pay additional fees for traffic school, but there will be no point added to your license and no report to insurance. If you already have used your traffic school option then there really isn't much you can do to get around this.

The obvious answer is to SLOW DOWN. Moose is right you can take traffic school but if you do not slow down it will not help.
