I am a budding musician/composer. I want to give a particular name to a composition. I went on line to the LoC(copyright office) to research the title and found a number of tunes with the same name. Am I to assume the title of a composition is not relevant to the copyright of the composition, only the content or the composition (melody, harmony lyrics etc.)?
