I work in a private home doing care for a senior and am paid bi-weekly salary. On Friday night was fired (due to sending her a text meant for someone else haha) She has been very unprofessional about the whole thing. (Sending me nasty texts etc) I told her I would come pick up my cheque and give her the keys to her place back. Was told not to bother because I wouldn't have a cheque. Also that whatever she owed me was to pay for new locks for the two building doors as well as new keys for all the tenants who lived in the building. She said if I came to her house she would call the cops. I would've had $1040 coming but now I'll get nothing? I have rent to pay. She is now (all a sudden) accusing me of abusing her mother. What can I do?
