My bosses Daughter

My boss is my ex's Dad. He is in a motorcycle club and they visit him at our office and when they leave my boss says things like they want to hurt me it's a good thing I'm a good employee. He says I lost his trust and I've done nothing wrong he demands I get tasks done both maintenance and management, only allows maintenance time so he can bill the owners under maintenance. If I don't get the task done he says get it together or your done and if it takes me longer that 8 hours he will make me change my time sheet! He tells people at the office he treats me different because of his daughter. He calls me outside to fight or to scream at me and if I stick up for myself his wife gets in my face. I always have to look at my check to make sure it's correct. He tells me I can't talk to owners but then he ignores them so know tenants don't get things done and they blame me. I am not allowed to respond or he says shut up do your job or just denies it and says get out of my office

Gee, that's a shame. Maybe it would be a good idea to look for a new job, since even though your employer is treating you differently than the other employees because of your relationship with his daughter, he isn't violating any laws.

I agree. It sounds like your boss is giving you time to find another job before firing you. Haven't you ever heard the axiom don't date the bosses daughter?

His gang wants to hurt you.
You work hard, he says that's why the gang won't touch you.
You can keep working hard, say lots of yes boss, right away boss, you're right boss; or quit.

Whoever wants to be bullied and cheated?

They choose to stay.

If you dislike having to grovel, beg, plead, apologize, then you know what to do to stop the pain.

You have two choices - to stay & put up with your boss or look for other employment. I don't see where your boss is doing anything illegal.
