I have been raising my great nephew for 5 years not, he is mentally challenged and he gets a small check monthly and this is the 3rd time his mother came and took him back she will keep h 2 to 5 days and i go pick him back up his mithet has never had a stable place to live and is not clean at all
Whom do i need to talk with to get guardianship of him!

Where's the Father? You might not be able to get guardianship but the person to talk to about guardianship would be a family law attorney.
