My collection case went to default...

I was wrong, my case hasn't gone to default. I assumed it did because I missed the case management trial, yet I just received a letter saying that I have a court trial set for 3-12-10. So, my question is...

Can my wages or bank account be garnished before the court trial? I'm assuming no, but I wanna make sure.

You are correct they can not garnish your wages or bank account until they have a judgment.
