My coworkers read my personal journal at work!

Hello. I believe my co-workers went through my desk and read my personal diary. Yes, it is stupid to have it at my desk but it was for only one or two days.

If they read my diary, can they use it against me? Sometimes, I've written about them and gossiped. And sometimes I've written about how one of them is making sexual innuedos or comments towards me.

Can they claim harassment if their names are in their but I haven't said anything about them?

Ok first off how is it you believe your journal was found and read? Second until some action on their part is taken you have no recourse.
