Well I have been with this company since middle of June.
In my contract it states that the trial period is 3 months and after that it would be a month notice in case of termination of my employment.

It's a sales position. I have been hitting targets apart from last month when i had an accident and couldn't walk for a week and had to attend doctors appointments few times as well.

So last month 20th my boss had a chat with me and also gave me a paper which stated that improvement must be done etc...and it also said that the next review would be on the 20th November 2009.

3 days ago my boss came to me and because we had good relations and i worked for him before he told me confidentially that they want me out!!!

Since our lats meeting I have improved and was again on target till the end of last month.

Boss told me we will have a meeting on tuesday which will be the 10th of November (last paper stated the next meeting would be 20th) and on the paper this time it stated that it has been agreed to extend my probation on last meeting in October

IT WASN'T! i haven't signed anything and this is my 6th month at the company.

What are my rights to this> it's all been very dodgy, there was one meeting only end of last month and now they are trying to push me out quickly claiming i am still in trial period etc...

PLS SOMEONE HELP, i need to know before tuesday

This is primarily a US forum. Employment law in the US and the UK are not the same, and I don't believe we have any responders who are fluent in UK law.

I have seen, and I have replied to UK posters as well, with the same response, however, this forum does allow a poster to post as international, UK, etc. in their original posting.
That being said, the forum does allow for international posters, however, I have personally never seen any international replies on this employment law forum.

Of course the forum allows international questions. I'm simply letting the poster know not to expect a quick response, if s/he gets one at all.
