I Was Married For 14 Years, I Have Been Sepertated For 6 Months, We Didn't Settle Any Of The Properties, I Found Out He Sold My Car The One I Was Using, Its In His Name, And He Is Planning To Sell The House Stuff, I Dont Know What To Do, Can He Legaly Sell Without Consulting Me, Plus I Believe He Is Leaving The Country For Good. Please Help Me.

Get a lawyer to file for divorce, and have your lawyer get a restraining order to prevent him from dissipating marital assets.

ETA: Have your lawyer draft a letter to your husband advising him not to sell anything else. It's faster than waiting for a court date, and it just might work.

I'm moving the message. Things I don't understand.... (1) how come people still post in the "news" section despite the issue not being news and the sticky that says don't post questions here, (2) how people type messages in all title case, (3) how they do that.

Regarding the question, if the car is in his name, he can sell the car but irish223 is right - it doesn't mean he can keep all the proceeds.

That Sounds About Right, But I Cant File For Divorce In Nc. Untill We Are Seperated For One Year,can I Still Get A Restainnig Order Against Any Future Sellings.

I think you can, but you'll have to speak with an attorney to be sure. You might want to ask about a separation agreement, although I think it would require your husband's cooperation.

ETA: I assume there are no children involved.
