long story short i agreed on my divorce papers to settle out debt on our own. Since the divorce in 2008 i have been hell bent on paying off my debt so i can get married debt free next year. To this day I have received bills to pay off 3 of our past evictions. Yes thats a lot but we were very irresponsible. I have paid the ones that are $2400 and $3200. I received a letter saying that i would be sued for the third bill totaling $2200. At first my ex agreed to hep pay so i set up a payment plan to pay $50 a month because that is what i can afford and i knew she would not help. So now she refuses to pay anything. Can I sue her for her half of all 3 debts? The 2 i already paid plus the one i start paying next month?

You are certainly entitled to sue but in order to include the third debt, you would have to have already paid that one as well. Until you have paid it, you are not owed it.

You will need to sue her in her jursidiction.

You could sue her for half of the two you have paid and let her pay the one that isn't paid.
