My friend agreed to pay a bill that is in my name.

I allowed my friend to use my name/credit to purchase a puppy, he agreed to make the payments but has not. I do not have any of the agreement in writing and i would like to know if there is any way to transfer the line to his name or what other options i have.

He would have to qualify in his own name for the line of credit, this is somethign he would have to do -- you can do it for him--- Hard lesson learned ---

I ment to say You cant do it for him--- Sorry-- if he fails to pay, you can small claims him -- Hopefully he will do @least 1 payment -- this will prove he knows he owes the $$
