Hi All, My name is Al. My Grandfather, a hard working, good man and WWII vet passed away 21 years ago leaving my grandmother with their home. My Grandmother recently fell and broke her hip, she's 89, and will not be able to return home and will need to live the rest of her life in a home because of the care that she'll require. We tried to talk her into signing the home over to my Mother, an only child, about ten years ago and she wouldn't, stubbon Dutch lady. Anyway, is there any way to keep the home's sale revenue from falling out of my families hands for her care? My Grandfather would roll over in his grave if he knew his surviving family would not benefit from what he worked his whole life for? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Al

No, once the government is involved, they'll slap on lien on her home.
That will prevent it being sold.
But, they'll get a piece of the action before they take their greedy paws off of it.

This could have been avoided had she heeded the advice given to her 10 years ago!!!

That ship has sailed.

The home is still on the pier!
And, Uncle Obama and his crew want it!

But, everyone should pay for their own care, if they have the means.

Your granny has the means, thanks to your gandfather's thrift.
Uncle Obama thanks you!!!
