The beginning of February I found an apartment I wanted to move into. The lady working in the office said my rent would be 723 because of a special going on that month. I signed the lease because I saw the correct rate. Well I have gotten my rent payment in the mail and the base payment that I'm being charged is 770. I just went and got a copy of my lease and it has 770 but my signature is not on it. If its a copy of the one I signed shouldn't I have my signature on it. Do I have the right to ask them to change it when I didn't get a copy in the first place of the correct lease I signed?

Agree, tell them you would appreciate a copy of the lease you signed.
