I just looked over my lease and realized that the page for my contract which is three pages from 1 - 26 next to my signature and my boyfriends' signature, there is a spot for the management to sign and they did not.
BUT, on the pet agreement and the mold addendum, there is a signature on those two pages.
Does that make my lease voided?
