I am 23yrs old and I have 3 daughters my mother has guardianship of them all due to my living situation isn't stable. My car is broke down, I don't have a phone, and I've been looking for work and housing assistance in anyway possible with no luck still. I want my kids back bad. Their dad has warrants out and he's on the run for non payments of child support and also for dirty urnine screen for probation. I have no one that can or will help me in my situation and I'm at my ends trying to find any kind of help on how to get my babies back, a job, and place to live ASAP! Anyone that could help me I would appreciate it so much to no end!

You have screwed up priorities. You apparently want the children in order to receive government supplied housing and assistance. The court has decided you must prove yourself a fit parent first. Get a stable job, stable housing, then approach the court.

Where are the "babies" going to live? Is not your first job as a parent (gag) to insure that the "babies" are in a secure environment?

First of all I do not want government assistance for those of you that just jump to assume that's what I was asking. All I was asking was pointed in the direction of getting some help to get on my feet again. That has nothing to do with government assistance whatsoever. Once I get a stable living condition then they would reside with me.

Okay, you don't have an immediate legal problem.

You have a survival problem.

The good news is that your children are safe, being properly care for, loved, well fed, and thriving.

You need to find a job, get training to get a job, save some money, stay on the straight and narrow, and then you can approach the court and see what else you can do to get your children back.

In the interim, focus on yourself, improve your lot, so you can one day be the mother you claim you want to be.,
