My neighbor daughter and her friends have been messing with my truck and her mother has been cusing me out every time I go out side what can I do

If they damaged the truck make a police report for vandalism.
If any threats are being made consider getting a restraining order.

I live in an apartment and have talked to manager bit nothing has been done and all the are doing is letting air out of my tires and dumping lotion on windshield and police department said they can't do anything til they do damage
