my neighbours please help

hi there i live in a block of flats and the people upstairs are trying to get me done for racially aggravated harrasement for playin the radio and askin them to move a bag of rubbish that was on the grass out the front of my flat but they have said to the police that i kicked the bag of rubbish and threatend to punch him which i did not do i was arrested for this interviewed and currently on bail for this and also they have been putting false claim into the rspca an investigator from the rspca came to my flat and could see tht my dogs were perfectly fine and well looked after and stayed for only a matter of seconds i was jus wondering what could happen and if i could do anything about it ,thanks steven

Have you already filed a counter complain? I think you should do this to clear your name. Try to seek legal advice as well in your area so as to be sure what to do legally.
