I purchase a television at a garage sale down the street from my house i paid the owner the full amount that was ask, i tried a lot of attempts to pick the TV but i was able to because the TV was too big for my vehicle so i went the next day with my stepfather truck and it would not fit either. so i told the owner that i am not able to pick up the TV because of the lack of vehicle and she offered to have the TV delivered to me and that was a week ago. now i am calling and text her she is ignoring them i went to her house where her spouse stated that she is at work. what is the next step i need to do to get my money back?

You won't likely get your money back. Keep trying to arrange delivery or fork over another $20 to rent a truck and pick it up yourself.

It's really not her responsibility to see that the TV gets to you. (unless she said at the time you bought it she would have it delivered) You need to find a way to get it to your house.

OP, I'm curious, how large is this BIG TV?
What did you pay for the BIG TV?
Did you see the BIG TV in operation?

I doubt that you'll get a refund.
That's why I asked if its a BIG TV or a BIG PAPERWEIGHT.
