My husband and I were married just over 2 years ago in Miami, Fla. We have been together just over 5 years. This whole time I have not worked due to a disability (chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, etc) and I receive SSD of about $511./mth.

My husband and I have argued over 2 constants for the past several years. He does not have any desire for sex at all (we have gone up to 8 weeks without having sex) and his online roll playing game addiction. I no longer love him and have asked for a divorce, as this has really affected my self-esteem.

He has been an excellent provider to my children and myself, since I have not been able to work in 12 years. My 3 children are all from a different marriage and he and I have no children together.

We live in North Carolina now and have since late 2006. What are my rights to spousal support when divorcing?

Thanks much in advance,
