MY roommates dad has moved in without asking

My roommate has been helping his dad get natrization as a citizen, their from Hong Kong. Well it turn out that the dad has been here about 3+ months. I taol to get rid of his dad about 2 weeks ago, supposedly he bought a ticket for him for last Monday. I got back from a business trip on Thursday and the dad is still here.

I want to get rid of the dad, now I also want to get rid of the roommate.
I am under a 1 year lease closing in Nov. I want to keep the place. Can I evict him?

It depends on your lease contract, the law and upon who the landlord is. Usually taking in an unauthorized tenant might be grounds for eviction.
