My share of the Estate

My Father was killed by my half brother and his mother (my Step Mother) in 1984, they were let go for lack of evidence. My Father and Step Mother were divorced, 2 years prior. My Step Mother claimed my Father did not leave a will and said He left everything to her. I moved to Tx. and she took everything and liquidated all the property and belongings and vehicles. She then dissappeared with the money. I recently moved back to Ca. and want to find out why I was never contacted by probate court and if I have any claim to any of the Real Estate.

Even if you did have a claim (which is questionable), the time in which you could have contested anything has long since passed.
