My sister needs help

My sister's ex boyfriend is nuts!! He has been threatening her with small claims court for a while now. All because he helped her, while they were still together, get a 4 wheeler, by getting the loan in his name; but she's paid every penny of it. It's only been late once, that was last month, but it did get paid. She has proof of every payment she's made. He told her earlier this week that he wanted the 4 wheeler back and she said that he can have it he gave her the money she's paid so far, he told her no and is taking her to court. My question is, what should she do? What do you think could happen in the case?

He is just threatening right now but if he takes her to small claims court, the burden of proof will fall on your sister since she made the payments on the loan on his name. She needs to make sure she has all the payments' back ups she made either to him or to the loan company directly to show the magistrate that he is threatening her without cause. Good luck!
