My mother is 71 years old and is bi-polar. For the past few years we (my mother, sister and myself) have been talking about how to handle our family affairs. At some point my sister had my mother sign over the title to our family home. My mother doesn't know how this happened. Since then my sister has evicted my mother from her home and moved in her own family. They have borrowed over $100,000.00 on the property and left my mother in debt and homeless. Is there any I can contest the transfer of the title? I don't believe my mother was represented and I feel my sister tricked her.

If you believe a crime was committed, report your infor stop to the police.

From what you've posted, it seems your mother voluntarily gave her home to your sister. However, she could have abused a senior citizen. If she did, elder abuse is a crime. The police will have to investigate this and sort it out.
