My son was murdered by a felon and I need direction for what to do against this man and whoever the gun belonged to. He man has been charged with 2nd degree murder, felony use of firearm while committing felony, a felon using a gun and several other charges, plus drugs found. We want this person legally prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and any civil/other criminal charges we can apply. we have never been faced with anything such as this and a senseless crime. Anyone that can give us direction...God Bless.
