My Sons father is filling his head with lies

I have full Custody of my son,what do I do if my ex (my sons father) is telling my son not to listen to my New husband? My son is only 4 and is very impressionable at this age. My son came home from his dads, my husband asked him to take his shoes and coat off and my son just stood there and then burst into tears saying "my daddy told me im not allowed to listen to you" I tried to call him to ask what this was about and he told me that if I called him again he would charge me with harassment....what can I do in this situation?

This is something you and "Dad" need to work out. Sounds like Dad feels like he is being replaced by your husband. Real or not. Legally your husband is a stranger. However he should follow house rules which you and your husband make and enforce. The solution is not a legal one.
