Hi, a few years ago my grandparents passed away and left me inheritance in their will, I am now 17 and I have asked my dad (who has is the executor of the money and who doesn't live with me) for the money for a car and driving lessons, my Dad is refusing to give any of the money to me unless I go to University (which I am not doing) or I will have to wait until I am 21. He says this is written in the will, but as me and my Dad aren't on great terms I don't trust him and nobody has seen the will. How can I go about getting my inheritance off him?

Your first step is to see a copy of the will. If the executor won't give you a copy, contact the court where it was probated (usually the court nearest where the deceased lived).
