Hi my brother's ex wont let him or any of us see my two nephews iv only just found out that she is on antidepressants her mother cant hardly walk and she cant liftand her father has a bad illness and yet living in a small house i was wondering how to go about of getting custody of my two nephews untill she is better and of antidepressants she also smokes cannabis which doesn't help please help.

We don't know much about UK law, as we are a US focused law forum. All I can say is that in the US such a scenario wouldn't mean she is a bad mother or her kids are at risk.

If you fear for the safety of the lads, contact the local constabulary and make a report. You are also free to speak with one of your great solicitors.

You have nothing. She's taking medication for depression = she's being treated. You have no standing to file for visitation of the children.
