name wrong on ticket

got a ticket for taking short cut through parking lot, officer got my first and middle name mixed up on the ticket, grounds for dismissal?

Going to court is always worth a try but if your only defense is the name is backwards it will not help your case. I would work more towards why you went thru the lot. Also if you would not mind please let me know what state you are in and what code section you where cited for.
