Nasty break-up/ still has personal property and owes $$$

I'm not a woman scorn, I just want my property out of his home.Except he demanded keys back before I could get everything out. Do I have a case to take to court in a civil suit or will I just be mocked out of the court room by the Judge?

Do you have a mutual friend who might be able to get your property for you? You could probably contact the police -they may go with you to obtain your property.

If you are also owed money as per title of your thread, you can sue in small claims court if the amount qualifies. (up to $2,500 Arizona)

Resolving this out of court would be best. Using a third party to get your items is a good idea.
Police might go with you to the home to prevent a fight, but they can't make him give you anything or force him to let you in.
Yes, you could go to court if nothing else works, but that doesn't always solve the problem.
