NC 66 in 35 Speeding

I got a ticket for 66 in a 35mph zone. My court date is for September, but my previous Prayer for Judgement doesn't expire until a few days after that (Received September, 2002). Can I simply postpone my court date, let my past PFJ expire, and then go to court, requesting to take a class or get another PFJ? Thanks!

It is unlikely that they will approve a PFJ for this speed. Since your license is in danger of suspension consult an attorney. I am sure you have a lot of letters in your mailbox.

This ticket got dropped to 44 in a 35 by my lawyer for a mere fee of $50.
