NC driver got 2 tickets in SC and 1 in NC

Lets see 2 weeks ago I got a ticket while driving to atl from Charlotte, 74 in a 65 in SC. Last sunday making the same trip I got a ticket for 81 in a 65 in SC. Today I got a ticket in mecklenburg by CMPD for 82 in a 55 and reckless driving. I am pretty much looking for advice on what to do so that my insurance payment doen't ballon out of control. Also if anybody knows of a good lawyer that knows thier shit and won't overcharge me that would be nice too, I am pretty broke right now. I have had a clean driving record for the past couple years and I have 7 years driving expeience.

Yes I know slow down, I am trying but I seem to have a lead foot and it's pissing me off.

The first ticket in SC will not effect your insurance rates. For the second one you can show for court and probably get it reduced to a nine over. This might effect your rates but NC will not put any points on your license. Check with your insurance agent since I think the 2nd nine over may be a problem. However in SC it is very difficult to get a ticket dismissed so the reduction is likely the best you can hope for.

For the NC ticket you need an attorney since you are very likely to lose your license. It will not be cheap so start saving. You should get lots of letters in the mail. Ask Santa for a radar detector.

I had a radar deector but I was in a rush and didn't see a cop car, the motorcycle cop however did not appreciate me passing him and he stared at my radar detector and then wrote me a heavy handed ticket after seeing my Military ID and me in my Security uniform and still no love from the police.
