Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication NC Posession of 1/2 oz or less and other paraphernalia

Long story short:

I was dropped off by my cousin after a long enduring trip that had me about jumping out of my skin. Thankfully, arrived back home, while leaving my stash box in his glove box. He was pulled and searched after which the cop found said box. He was written a ticket for it and then my cousin told him it was mine, like an idiot i went in and got a ticket for it too... after admitting it was mine. Now we are both showing up for court and it is my first offence and i am so freaking out... what is the best/worst case scenario's i am looking at? Is there any chance i could get a PJC for such an event? any help is greatley appreciated.

First time offense......they usually go easy on you. You would a pay a fine and some probation or differed program or class in most states. You should do the right thing by accepting the blame if you cousin was not involved........There is no point for two to suffer for one person's actions.
