need a little traffic/search advice

ok a cop pulled me over because he said i made suspicious uturns when i was lost and couldnt find what i was looking for, nothing illegal about the turns. Well i had a pipe(marijuana) sitting in the middle i didnt think about because i really dont smoke that much. He searched my whole vehicle and found a tiny bag i had in there(like less than a gram). He never gave me a ticket for any illegal turn, but the cover that sticks on the windshield for the rear view mirror has been hanging off ever since i got my windshield replaced a couple of months ago, which he ticketed me for obstructing of something hanging off my mirror when its part of the mirror. Also i was cuffed the whole time while they searched my vehicle. Do i have any case here?? If they had no reason to pull me i get off that can the possesion charge stick? Im 26 work my tail off and have no criminal record
