Well this is a long long involved story, so I am going to try to make it as short as possiable. Claimed bankruptcy and told the paraleagal that my property that I own was only worth 90,000 witch is a little off its worth 700,00.00 and anyways I could beleaive it I had to hire a bankruptcy attorney and thats when I almost lost my home, because when it was al recolved the money I had to fork out to everyone was alot, but what I really need to know if I want to file charges onthe real estate company that tried to sell my home and also got 67,00.00 out of me for having ther house on the market for 3 days, what is the statue of limitations for something like that it happened to me 3 years ago, and I would like to find out if these companies got some money out of me and I would like to get some back. let me know
