We were sued 3 times by an individual in small claims court, the first two times he lost, he got a judgment against us the third time only because we did not show up, we were sick of his attempts and just choose to ignore him assuming he would still have to prove his case, little did we know he got a default judgment.

Today we were served an information subpoena requesting among other things our social security numbers and banking information to be mailed to this individual, is this legal and is there any course of action to prevent him from this information, his girlfriend informed my wife that he was going to freeze our accounts and have our cars taken and sold to satisfy his judgment.

Any advice would be appreciated

Your best option is to try and get the court to reopen. Unlikely since you defaulted but worth a try. A judgment can be collected in accordance with the laws of your state. Talk to a local attorney.
