Need advice soon Im scared!

I have been orderded to appear in court in April for a past due bill for braces I owe for my daughter. They want to know all my assets. I have none. I am on Social Security. Do not work. Do not have a bank account, and do not own a car, nothing! I am flat broke. MY question is what will happen to me when I go to court. I am very scared.

A judgment will be entered against you.

The court expects you to pay for what you got.

We do not want to pay for it.

The collection agency will try to work with you if you bring some money to court and give it to the lawyer for the collection agency to show your good faith.
