Drug Crimes, Substance Abuse need advice

My fiancé got arrested the other night for possession of mary jane and a pipe. He was searched in front of me three times. Well when he got to the jail they supposedly found a small black baggy of mary jane in his shirt pocket. So they have him as bringing contraband into a pinal facility. Can that hold up in court even though he was searched. Shouldn't the cop have found it

You won't believe what the police discover on the bodies (and in the recesses) of the professional criminal element!

Rather than placing the responsibility on the police for allegedly not finding it before they got to the detention facility, you might wnat to have a chat with him about carrying ILLEGAL drugs on or about his person.

Arrestees are routinely warned of the consequences of carrying contraband into the facility and given opportunity to declare what they have before facing additional charges.
No tellingfif he was given this opportunity, but in short it was his responsibility to speak up before going in.
He might luck out and have it reduced or dismissed, but likely at the expense of a guilty plea for the initial charges.
