Ok heres the situation sold my car to my ex boyfriend he then gave me his car and sold my old car to his brother. We have lived together for 6 months and now i have called it off and moved out of the residence. But now he will not sign the papre work to transfer the title in to my name. What can i do to keep my car so i can move n with mylife? im in texas ( he signed the back of the title but as a buyer not seller)
