My friend is male and 19 yrs. old. He's g/f just had a baby and is 16. Her mom keeps threatening him with calling the police. Can he get in trouble if the g/f doesn't want to press charges? Can she move out of her mother's house w/o her permission? If not when can she? Thanx

It depends on his state's laws. In many states, yes, he can be in trouble. It doesn't matter whether the girlfriend agrees or not.

Not unless the age of majority in her state is 16.
If not when can she? Thanx
When she is of legal age.

There is no state where the age of majority is under 18. Until she is at minimum 18, she cannot move out without permission.

And if he got her pregnant while she was still 15, it's almost a given that he can potentially end up in jail no matter what state she's in.
