My daughter is passed away for a few years now.
Grandson lives with grandmother and father.
Grandmother seems to be in control.
She was letting me come see him and take him places for a while.
Now out of the blue, she says I can only write him.
This lady is truly crazy.
She says I disrespected her and doesn't like my attitude.
They took him away from my daughter when she was alive.
Even knowing all this, I was very careful not to say or do anything to this woman that might jepoardize my visition.
I did not do or say anything wrong.
She is just crazy and mean.

I only want to get visition with him.
I don't have extra money to pay for a lawyer.

Is there anyone that can help free or must I have money to pay for a lawyer ?

This will probably be an uphill battle for you, but the Texas OAG site lists some resources and referrals that may be of help to you:

Are you able to communicate at all with the father? Is Dad has custody then Grandma has no business telling you no. You might want to at least book a consultation with an attorney.
