Need Help!!

OK here is my situation. About 2 years or so ago I tried getting approved for a home loan and when they pulled my credit report all of my twin brothers credit stuff showed up on my report(which I assume affects my score). I filled out all the necessary paper work to try to get his stuff taken off of my report.... instead of deleting his stuff off of mine they just wiped him out completely. He had to go and get that fixed which wasnt an easy process. About a year ago he went and got approved for a home laon and had the same problem. He filed a dispute to get my items taken off his credit report and about 30 days or so later they sent him his credit report back saying everything was fixed but it reallity NOTHING changed. What/How do I go about getting this fixed?

Are you trying to say that both of you have credit issues? If the big three credit companies have the wrong information, dispute them. The ability to correct your credit is a miserable process and is frequently inaccurate. If you pulled your credit report (you have a right to do so) with equifax and transunion for example, you write to each of them to remove the items. They will require certain information. If you go to their web site they will list the items you need and on equifax they will allow you to dispute information with an electronic intake. Why not try accomplishing this?
