my wife was injured while in custody at tarrant county jail facility she fell from a top bunk that had no protective railing . she has a concushion broken hand ,dislocated shoulder ,possible broken jaw ,she is having cronic head aches and back pain now ,we have called all types of lawyers in tarrant county and cant get any help . my wife need more medical attention now that she has been released . can we sue the county for this ? they left her laying there for five hours before she recieved ant medical attention also.what type of lawyer do we need for this type of lawsuit ?

Try looking for an attorney in next door, Dallas County.
Keep trying.
I see no reason what so ever why a personal injury attorney would not take this case unless like army said there is something you are leaving out of the story. In most cases a personal injury attorney will give you free consultation and after hearing all the evidence will take the case if it seems like a case that they can win.
